Send us the product links from any Korean store — Musinsa, Olive Young, 29CM, W Concept, Naver Smart Store, or anywhere else. Include size, colour, and any specific options. We'll confirm availability and quote the total cost including our service fee before proceeding.
Once confirmed, Nabi purchases your items directly from the Korean stores. We handle all communication with sellers, payment, and any Korean-language requirements — so you don't have to.
When items arrive at our location, we verify that each delivery matches the order — checking the correct item, colour, size, and condition. Photos are shared with you for transparency before international shipment.
No approval is required from you. If everything looks correct, the process continues automatically. If any issue is found, Nabi handles the necessary follow-up with the seller directly.
If you've ordered from multiple stores, we consolidate all your items into a single parcel before international shipping. This reduces shipping costs and avoids multiple customs entries wherever possible.
Your parcel is shipped to your delivery address. We'll provide a tracking number as soon as it's dispatched. Shipping cost and estimated timeline will be confirmed before we send.

Our service fee is calculated based on the total value of goods purchased in each order. The more you order, the lower the rate — keeping things fair and proportional.

No approval is needed from you — if everything looks correct, the process continues automatically. If there's an issue, we handle it directly with the seller.
If we receive an incorrect or damaged item, we follow up with the seller directly to arrange a correction or resolution. This is handled on your behalf without extra effort from you.
Consolidation means combining items from multiple Korean stores into a single international parcel. It's worth considering when ordering from more than one store, as it typically reduces your total shipping cost and avoids multiple customs entries.
The service fee is based on the total value of goods purchased in your order — the higher the order value, the lower the rate. See the fee table above for the full tier breakdown. A minimum fee of ₩5,000 per order applies.

Import duties and taxes are determined by your destination country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in our service fee or shipping cost. We recommend checking your country's import threshold before ordering.
Payment arrangements are confirmed after we review your order request. We'll share a full cost breakdown — item price, service fee, and domestic shipping — and confirm payment details directly with you before purchasing.
